Field Team Tracking is a field team live location tracking app for businesses whose people work outside the office. It joins three jobs that usually need three tools: proving attendance, knowing where the field team went during working hours, and keeping every customer call and follow-up in one place.
What Field Team Tracking does
Staff install it on their own Android or iPhone, so there is no device to buy. Every punch is a live selfie, matched against the circle drawn around the branch office. When an employee turns on location, the app draws the working route, marks each halt with its minutes and adds up the distance, ignoring any spoofed reading. For selling and service work it adds a dialer, a list of leads, callbacks that sound until handled and an automatic WhatsApp after each call. The owner reads all of it on the web, branch by branch, with Excel exports.
