This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms, so it does not ask for or store your personal details. Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
When you tap a phone, WhatsApp or email link, you contact us through that service, and its own privacy terms apply to the message. We use what you send only to reply to you.
The Field Team Tracking app
The app is used by businesses for their own staff. The business that sets up the account decides how it is used, and the app's own privacy policy on its store listing applies to data in the app. In short, the app handles:
- Attendance: punch times and a live selfie at each punch, with a location check against the office.
- Location: never collected until the employee accepts the consent screen; after that, kept only for working time (from the first punch until the last, or until the branch's closing hour), with breaks left out.
- Calls and customers: call history, leads, notes, reminders and WhatsApp messages that the business keeps in its account.
- Backups: account data is copied to the business account so a replacement handset can sign in and get it back; owners can set rules that keep some calls or numbers out of that copy.
Your choices
Employees can see a clear notice before every location permission and can turn location off by not switching it on. For questions about data held in a business account, contact the business first; for anything about this website or the app, contact us.
